It is always nice to receive a good review. The funeral profession is very much people centred, we all do everything possible to make a funeral special and meaningful for all those attending. Receiving a review confirming we have achieved that aim is heart-warming to say the least.

I used JW for my father’s funeral. The service I received from Ian was over and above anything I could have expected. Ian is respectful and responsive and went the extra mile for my mother and I. This was particularly important as i live in Australia. He was incredibly kind to my mother at the viewings and advised me with knowledge and flexibility every step of the way. This took the stress off an incredibly difficult time. At the actual funeral I was stunned by the professionalism of Ian and his team. The men who carried dad’s coffin were on task the whole time. Ian was lovely and his immaculate self presentation added to the sense of total respect. I have no hesitation in recommending JW and Ian the service was outstanding and everything I could have hoped for. Thanks so much from Mary and Sue in Australia.
